Website hosting
Spaceship, Inc.
Service: hosting of the website and WordPress database in a selected EU data centre; processing of technical server logs and provision of backup and infrastructure services.
Company location: United States. Transfer mechanism: data processing agreement including EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Alynivo API hosting
Alfahosting GmbH, Ankerstraße 3b, 06108 Halle (Saale), Germany.
Service: hosting of the Alynivo API in Germany, through which authenticated chat requests and technical usage counters are processed.
Active language-model provider
Anthropic, PBC, United States.
Service: generation of AI replies for customers who enable Managed AI. The current message, a short conversation history, and the customer-provided knowledge and persona context are transferred. Commercial API content is not used for model training by default and is deleted within 30 days unless a different agreement, abuse review, or legal requirement applies. Transfer mechanism: data processing agreement including EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Optional language-model provider
OpenAI Ireland Ltd., Ireland, including its affiliates and published subprocessors.
OpenAI is technically available as an alternative provider but is used for a customer only when agreed in that customer's Alynivo configuration and listed in the applicable DPA schedule. API content is not used for model training by default. Third-country transfers rely on an adequacy decision or EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
